Experience:
- Co-founder and Fund Manager of Bridge Loan Capital Fund L.P.
- Co-founder and President of United Security Acquisition and Trade Inc. (“U.S.A.T.”), an import/export company, which specialized in the wholesale of consumer goods to Western Europe and Japan. Transacted business in over 17 countries. (1989 to 2007)
- Co-founder and former owner of businesses in Spain, Germany, Canada, Puerto Rico.
- Director of Operations of a publicly-held company with annual sales of $18 million and 140 employees. Was responsible for directing audits, Security and Exchange Commission reporting and all international sales.

- Former Advisory Board Member for the Westminster College School of Business Advisory Board in Salt Lake City, Utah.

His experience encompasses over a decade of direct hands-on commercial real estate development, working for industry-leading development finance and development companies such as The Koll Company and Wells Fargo Bank.

Donaldson Hartman

Mr. Hartman brings to BLoC a unique background of 16 years in mergers & acquisitions, investment banking, equity research, private equity fund management, and commercial banking.
Experience:
- Led a department of Zions Bancorporation which served international banks and financial institutions (“FIs”).
- Managed a private equity fund which invested in distressed Asian FIs.
- Directed Salomon Smith Barney’s FI Group in Asia, completing billions of dollars of debt and equity transactions surrounding the Asian financial crisis.
- Became a top ranked financial analyst in the FI sector (for UBS Warburg and then Salomon Brothers); Also became a conference speaker and guest columnist for the Asian Wall Street Journal. Interviewed and quoted by numerous financial television programs, including CNBC and CNN.
- Began professional career in Mergers & Acquisitions at Citibank, N.A.
